turn off my Firewall for about a half hour? I BAAGed 2 game from The Adventure Shop and have to turn off my firewall in order to launch both games with the Code provided, they are being blocked. I have AT&T McAfee and cannot find the Firewall to turn it off. I sure would like to be able to access these 2 games I got at 50% off! Thanks

Betty Lou, if you are having problems with activating the games it may or may not be a firewall problem, as there are several people who have purchased games from them in the past 24 hours who are unable to activate the games and I'm thinking it may be a server problem on Adventure Shop's end.

I don't know how to turn off the firewall but perhaps someone else can assist you with this.

Hello Betty Lou,

We sincerely apologize for the issues you have encountered this weekend while you were trying to activate your games.

We have informed TAGES (DRM solution embedded with most of adventure games) of this issue.
They confirmed us this morning that their server was down due to an overload.

They are currently working out a solution to have their activation servers fully operationnal today.

I'll keep you informed once we have an information

I would like to confirm you that TAGES online activation servers are LIVE and FUNCTIONAL.

You can freely activate the games you have recently purchased.

Thanks "Shrek" = I received your email and this notice/apology and my 2 games are now 'launched' just fine. You guys are the best - I thought I was going crazy but am fine now to know my computer was not the problem. Thanks again
