Just a heads up or a question on Lace Mamba Global. I ordered the latest Black Mirror 2 from their website as a 19.99 GBP download. Try as I might, using several different downloaders and browsers I could never get the full game to download. It would stop and would not resume. They only allow 5 attempts at downloading, so I used these up very quickly. I contacted their support using email, but they came back as undeliverable. I finally got through using their online form and was asked if I wanted more downloads or a physical disk. I asked for more downloads, but they never provided these and after attempting to contact them, I got no response. I filed a dispute with Paypal and eventually Paypal determined that they couldn't help me because it was a digital download. So here I sit out 19.99 British pounds and not very impressed with Lace Mamba or Paypal.

Other people on the Lace Mamba Global forum seem to be having the same problem.

Ana(Browneyedtigre) recommended to me - Big Fish, Big Sea and Spin Top for downloads.

Gee, the Gameboomer effect, awesome...:-). For some reason I received a communication from Mamba with apologies for the "delay" or as I replied, the complete abrogation of customer service. (I've always wanted to use that word, :-)) Anyways the gentleman, Jason Codd, made the same offer of more downloads or a physical copy. I asked for my money back, then I can get the game from a surer source either download or physical. But I'm not holding my breath...
BTW, I prefer downloading games. Shipping makes no sense to me financially or ecologically and there are no stores nearby. And yes the wine helps :-).

Hi saskee, have you heard anything from Lace Mamba yet? I see they are the distributor for 'Gray Matter', in which case I won't purchase from them if their customer care service hasn't improved since your last mail!

Hi, saskee!
Even though there is no excuse for ignoring your emails, did they offer you the disk version for the same price as the download, or did they expect you to pay the difference of 10.00 UK? If you can get the disk version for 19.99 UK because you had problems with the downloads, you should definitely take them up on their offer.
Jason posted here just prior to the release of "Black Mirror 2", so I'm surprised he hasn't responded to your emails.
Did you try posting the problems you had with the downloads in the "Glitches" section? Maybe someone there can help you out.

Well let me bring an official end (sorry no dancing bananas)to this thread. Today July 21, I received Black Mirror 2, the boxed DVD version with a lovely gift of three other games. I do appreciate the gesture Jason and and Lace Mamba. Thank you,
but, and I hesitate to add a but, I would have been just as happy and used up a lot less psychological energy, and carbon footprint, if I could have gotten the download version I ordered on May 18. But then maybe will try the whole again this fall for Gray Matter, :-)
