Adventure Productions, the italian adventure games leading company,announces a publishing deal with S&G Software to distribute "I Misteri di Capri " (Mysteries of Capri), a collection of two PC games including the enhanced new version of "A Quiet Weekend in Capri" and "Anacapri The Dream" for the great price of 19.90 Euros (around $ 25 or £ 17) including free shipping!
Adventure Productions will release "I Misteri di Capri" worldwide in English and Italian on the 22th of June and can be ordered on the publisher site HERE.

I ordered this on June 21st, they shipped on June 22nd (free shipping to U.S.) and I got it today, June 26! It is so great to have this in full screen. It comes on 1 PC DVD-ROM - you have option to install it in English - 1st one game then the other. Then you do not have to have the DVD in the drive. I have Windows 7 and had no problems. I am so excited. Guess my weekend is all planned.
Thanks to Adventure Planet for such good service and of course, Gey and Silvio for rereleasing these marvelous games.

One additional note: It installs A Quiet Weekend in Capri as A "Quite" Weekend in Capri. Same game, though.

Something is weird. I used the web address you gave as "HERE" and tried to order and the site logged me into someone else's account (someone named Christine ... with a New Jersey address). It allows me to change the shipped address, but I'm still logged in as someone who I am not (my name is not Christine). Maybe the link needs adjusting so it doesn't include a session ID (sid=...) that includes a login.
Maybe ***this link*** instead.

I don't think so. But I think I know why the session ID doesn't log you in any more. I deliberately logged out while I was logged in as Christine, so that session ID is no longer open and logged in.

This could be a problem that has to do with sessions that aren't closed -- that they remain open forever until the user closes them instead of timing out -- so the session ID never expires. I think it would be easy to leave them open by accident. When you use Paypal, it doesn't take you back to the adventuregameshop website to log out.

I guess I closed the session without realizing you'd need to check it, so that particular session ID probably won't log in anyone else. However when Christine logs in again, she may find an extra copy of Mystery of Capri in her shopping basket (which I left there before realizing I was logged in as someone).

You can test this yourself. Log in under your name and copy the URL, including the session ID (sid=) part. Close your browser without logging out. Then open a different browser (or use a different computer -- something that won't have any cookies from the adventurewebsite) and type in the URL including the session ID. See if your session is still open and you're still logged in.

By default the session should be set to automatically log off after a period of non-use. But it may not be set up right on the adventuregameshop website.

The problem could occur if anyone logs in and orders using Carla's link, and then doesn't log out. The next person who orders using Carla's link would automatically log into the first person's account (assuming the session hadn't timed out yet). I don't know if adventuregameshop stores credit card numbers. But if they do, that could also be a problem if you're able to log into someone else's account.

thanks for the information, it is a "bug" we never found on our website. I passed all the info to the IT section that is looking at it.

Anyway, just to reassure everyone, we don't store any credit card numbers or relevant data on our database. All the payment operations are run by Paypal and IwSmile.

Can the games be installed separately? I have both games from before but bought this update. I have an older computer and don't have much room left in my hard drive. I thought that I had installed just Anacapri but both games were installed (around 6g's plus) There isn't room for much else. I can't read Italian so I don't understand the directions. Can I delete and just install one game at a time? Thanks, Mel22odie.

I'm not sure how to do this but I think that I found out the answer to my question re: both or single game install. I was rereading the review of Anacapri and noticed that it said that it was around 7 G. Therefore it must be that it was that game alone that installed. Didn't realize that it took so much space. Only have 700MB left. Hope that I can get to end. Thanks anyway, Mel22odie

Your computer may have a hard time mel, you may want to consider a larger hard drive or cleaning some unwanted programs off your computer to free up some space.
