Thanks Ana! I watched the video. It's quite different than I was expecting. Is it supposed to be comedic, do you think?

There are touches of humor here and there. Also bear in mind that upon release to Big Fish, this game was broken up into two parts: part one is called The Three Musketeers: Queen Anne's Diamonds, and Milady's Vengeance is part two.

The developer sells this game from his website as one complete game rather than in two portions.

Either way, it's cute and amusing and sticks to the storyline well.

This is a fun, not difficult RPG type game (not a HOG)like the RPGs on the Overcloud9 site but not nearly as complex as most. It is very linear (follow the footprints), combat is a little different (not much to do but watch the fight). A lot of dialog with a fairly interesting story. I completed this half but am not hooked enough to do the other half.
You can get the whole game from the developer site for $19.95 or buy each half for $6.99 each on BFG.

Milady's vengence is the second half of the whole game story. Starting with the other half first might have been better (story wise).

Why I didn't do the first half......game play gets a little tedius and boring with LONG walks (following the footprints) to get to the next quest area, searching many, many, many boxes and barrels for little gain get old and the combat really has no strategy and little excitement. If you want a cute game with some laughs and don't want to have to think much it is a good game.

Im enjoying this game tremendously. Played first half demo and purchased and am now demo-ing the second half.

Btw, the second half demo picked up my profile at exactly where I left off. Huzzah!!

Can I ask if Overcloud 9 is a safe site to downhload from. I love RPGs. Thanks

fildil, all they are is a reseller. You could be downloading from anywhere and each purchase has a different agreement. You need to be careful with that.
