No, I haven't. Thought I could get an answer from people who have ordered from Interact and I could place my order right away without having to wait for an answer from Dave. I don't expect Dave to be working at this time now.

Yes Mission. This is what Dave is selling (or at least what I received from him a couple of months ago). But I think what you list as 2 and 3 are the same thing, a 2 sided poster. The walkthrough is in pictures. It's a pretty cool game!

The game is on a DVD though, the music is a CD.
