I have downloaded the english demo and I am enjoying it very much but alas I am stuck already. Our hero has been thrown into the river and I don't know how to open the box to release him....help.

Richard,
I have already loosened the tar and have attached the tar soaked rag to the hole and all I have left in inventory is a lighter and a wallet...where did I go wrong?

Put the alarm clock in the trash can. Don't forget to wind it up first.

talk to kim and have her speed up the truck and than talk to her again and tell her to stop the truck. do it before the timer runs out.

I can't get the cat to move - it's sitting on the trash can and I can't put the alarm clock inside

there's a trash can at the governor's house (open with no lid and nothing inside) - silly me, I put the clock in there and it certainly caused a commotion with the guard

now I can't get the clock back - big sigh

can you help me please?

great game and looking forward to the full version in September = hope Dave at Interac gets it - gamersgate wouldn't send it to this location

Janice

You don't need the clock now. Did you get the ball out of the tree?
If you did put the ruler on the ball and go back to the cat and put the ball on the bar in back of the cat. Use the bellows on the flies.
VRMpls2,You never get the bat.

thanks so much, Richard- moving along now - at Wuang's house with Kim - the bad dude is down and now looking for a way out - the locked-up bicycle looks promising - I have a pole with hanger attached and a lantern

there's a lot of history here - very interesting - do you think it's authentic?

It sure looks like it is. What a great game. I'm playing the full game. Got it from Gamersgate.Just one thing it's gets a lot harder.
It keeps you thinking. Do you want to know where to place the lantern?

Put the light on the hook at the top of the door. In the hallway.
I downloaded it on the 25th. I don't know if it's still for sale.

thanks again - finished demo now and so sad

at Gamersgate they show release dates for UK and US only - too bad

so .... how many days now until 9/17?

22 days to wait and I wonder where I'll get it then

Janice

I'm boycotting Gamersgate because they're discriminating against our entire country --- boooo

I went to the Gamersgate site and it said the download will be available sometime between 9/17-24, nothing presently.

Barry

I saw the reply to kjos regarding putting the alarm clock in the trash can outside the bar. I have already got the clock/key and it is ready to put into the trash, but no matter where I click the clock on the trash cans nothing happens and the cat does not move.
Help crazy

Never mind...I misunderstood the 2 posts and got it covered now...put alarm clock in trash by guard not in alley..duh. Thanks anyway and I got the ball.

This game is really a suprise as to how realllly good it is. I can't wait until I can buy the full version. Try as I might I am still needing hints, so I know I will probably need a walkthrough to finish.
