Hi,
I connected the phone with wires to the battery and it turns on but I can't seem to punch in the numbers. I do have the pin but somehow it won't accept it.I checked a walkthrough and I don't seem to have missed anything so I have no idea what to try next.
Can anyone help?

Did you speak to Ruth about everything? Make sure you are starting with a clear screen each time you try to dial. Click on the left arrow to backspace and delete old digits.

Enter the numbers by pressing the keys. Press the blue Okay button at the center when done.
