I'm following the walkthrough and I've done everything up to the puzzle box behind the desk and I went to change the time. George and Bess wont call me about the book. I already talked to Logan about it and I sent him the outfit for Bess. Come to think he hasn't even texted me back to say thanx. Nobody will talk to me. Am I missing a step?

If you're playing in Junior, have you checked your task list to see what else you might be getting on with while you wait for the call from Bess & George?

Did you call Logan again after sending him the picture of the outfit? Perhaps try sending the picture again to double check you sent it to the correct number.

I got through and I got stuck with something else I started over in junior mode and I'm up to getting the evp. I got the book and I've looked through it but my tasks doesn't say anything about the evp. Also I know I'm supposed to go in my room and see wet footprints but I haven't seen them yet. Is that why I can't go any farther. The only things on my checklist are search for records, find a way to open envelope and search Takae's tea ceremony for something useful. I am soooooooooo stuck.

Have you tried speaking to everyone again? Also call everyone you have listed on your phone and see if they have anything new to say.

To check the records you'll need to access the Reception desk's computer, and you'll only be able to do that after 1am.

I did what you said and now no one will talk to me and I haven't seen the water footprints and my name in red yet. I think I'm missing a step but I don't know what it is. I'm getting really frustrated.

Have you been able to get behind the Reception counter yet, deal with Suki and check the computer and the puzzle box?

Yeah, I got the envelope with the password and the tile and read the letter in the puzzle box.
