I wonder where she dropped it!!

The soiled bandage was left by Mina at bottom of the steps going up to the windmill area (not the windmill itself).
This are the steps close where you got the ants.

Have you checked all of your inventory tabs as well as your holding area, just in case you picked it up without realising? You wouldn't believe how easily that can happen!
