I am stuck on the section to open the tower doors for the east-west passage. Any tips.
I have studied the rail tower door patterns, obviously I can't see the forest for the trees.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I presume that you already have the codes for the west passage already.

The usual problem here is not activating both sides of that door.

Double check that the:

West has the stickman seen while facing east when standing on the broken west bridge (arms up with bent elbows and straight legs apart).
This door is accessed by from the tower when you go out and see a broken bridge.

East side is accessed by exiting to the east from the central tower and going down the ladder.
The stickman here should be like this.

Roger,

This is a long process. You can read the walkthrough and ask me which points are not clear.

Or you can just go to the solution of the tower codes puzzle at end of the walkthrough and enter those on each of the respective pattern here and here

I am totally lost on this. I went to each tower (looked at the grid pattern on the tower door) and the best that I can figure out is that East is C1, South is D3 West is broken and finally North is C2. Am I on the right track or completely off base. I just need help with this area.

Thanks for your patience.

Roger,

A. You need 3 items to deduce the codes:
1. The patterns seen on each of the doors in the central tower as well as the one on the east-west passage below.
2. The paper on the wall inside the central tower elevator that has numbers inside the squares.
3. The paper with pattern with ABCDE from Kales' room.

B. Now you superimpose one of the door patterns on the paper with letters. You will note that the pattern crosses the letters ONCE only on ABCDE.
- Note the position of those ABCDE.

c. Now find those positions on the paper with numbers.
This will give you the numbers associated with ABCDE for that specific patter.

So each patter or direction has a code made up of ABCDE and their numbers.
That is what you enter on the panel inside the tower. luck
