This is merely a guess, but I'm thinking that Her Interactive wants to continue to sell the games for full retail price for a longer period of time. Warnings at Waverly Academy was released on Big Fish about three months after it was released by the publisher; now, we have Trail of the Twister having been released in June and that was about five months ago, and Big Fish still doesn't have it.
