I need some help with getting the command word to contorl Suki...I have done everything up to that point...ie..newspaper article translation done via Logan, did tea ceremony, saw shadow on balcony, talked to Takae 2x...now I am supposed to have gotten a call from Georoge or call her...did that no Suki command...tried Bess and again no Suki command...Have done the Pachiko Parlour and don't know what to do next...help please or saved game up to this point...thank you.

I am having problems solving the front desk key cabinet puzzle. The key colours look correct to me re:the walkthrough but nothing happens..no key appears...could I get a saved game please. Thank you...

Have you entered all the card from left to right: blue card, red, green, yellow and purple?



Are the colors and arrangements of the squares at the bottom of the dials like these?
