On iPad. hehehe...crafty headline to get people to open the thread. Nick Chase HOPA is on sale for $4.99 for iPad...but what I really wanted to know is the iPad a platform you are using for games?

Hi Paul Since it costs $600 for an Ipad here in Canada,I don't think that will be a platform I will be using to play games. Cathy

I think lots of "boomers" use the Ipad because it is very user friendly. It's much less complicated than using a computer. Ana

Yes BFG-Guy, I splurged and got myself an iPad.I downloaded HE: Everest and Amazon.I also have Treasure Seekers. I play them all the time, since I am not always in a Wi-fi area. They are absolutely amazing on the HD screen. I was wishing there more BF games available. I will definately try out the Nick Chase game. And Flo NS, not just young people use them. I have downloaded lots of apps I can use at work, and for everyday. You can also download books as well.So now I don't need one of those e-readers. I can also watch Netflix movies on it. I absolutley love it.

My MIL (80 yrs old) loves her IPad. She also loves casual games, so will ask if she is using hers for gaming. Edit: Just talked with MIL who said she uses her IPAD for gaming all the time. She said there is no flash player on though which has prevented her from using it for BFG games???? She was excited when I told her one had just released.

l4l, I downloaded the 2 HE(Everest and Amazon) games from the app store, and they play beautifully. No flash player needed. Also dwnlded Nick Chase the same way. No problems.
