Hi everybody wink

So, I downloaded this game, successfully installed it, and then I'm trying to start it,suddenly appears a table which shows, that the game stopped working. But how that could be, if I even didn't started to play it? My operative system is Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I'm thinking, that this game could by x16 or x32,so I need to buy new game or I need a patch, or this is not bit problem? Please, help!!!!!

Hi Silvia,

This is a tech problem so I'll move this thread across to Glitches for advice.

The game would be 32-bit. It's way too new to be 16-bit (published in 2005). Most 32-bit games work fine with Windows 7 x64 though there are a few exceptions.

In ***Draclvr's Windows 7 thread*** there is an entry for the game:

Quote:
Delaware St. John games. Judith played all three. The only game that had a problem was the second Delaware St. John. If she didn't reboot the computer each time before she played, all she got was a black screen. I don't know if playing in XP compatibility mode was tried.

So you can try those suggestions:
Reboot before playing
and if that doesn't work...
Try using compatibility mode for XP (right-click the game shortcut --> Choose Properties --> Compatiblity tab --> Choose XP and save the changes)

And if that doesn't work, you run the Troubleshoot Compatibility option from the right click menu too.

Gardens put to bed. Time for more reading and gaming.
