I was not able to access my account and asked for a new password. They sent one but that didn't work. I guess I typed something wrong. Tried numerous times. I finally created a new account using my husbands e-mail address although he is no longer on the internet with his computer. I bought the game thinking it would be mailed to me as disc. (using my card, not his. His birthdate goes to 1924, not far enough for the Adventure site. They would no acccept his information probably due to the birthdate. I had only the option of 1930. I would like the game Lost Souls and can't find it in the brick and mortar stores. But I clicked the checkout and got "download" I can't get the confirmation number because he doesn't have internet mail any longer. Too old to work the internet now. I can't download because it asks me to insert disc one. I don't have any discs. Can I get a refund? Am I out the $19.99? I will never order from there again, unless someone can help me. I need the installer and can't figure how to get it. Sorry for my ignorance. I'm old as well but still kicking.

As far as I know, The Adventure Shop only sells downloads.

You should not have used an email address that you can't access any more because that is the way The Adventure Shop sends you the download information. You might check to see if you can update your email address after logging into the Adventure Shop website. If that works you can ask Adventure Shop to resend your download information.

The contact email that I found on the AdventureShop website is:
support.adventureshop@gamesplanet.com

If you ever need another email address, you can get a free gmail email account at
https://mail.google.com/

or a free hotmail account at
http://explore.live.com/windows-live-hotmail-get-started

Also many ISP's allow you to have more than one email address per account, so you can check whether yours does or not.

To add to what Jenny100 said, you could also contact their support, I have downloaded many games from them and on a couple of occasions I have had problems and they where very good at solving my problems.

Here is the link to Customer Support:

Good luck
