I downloaded the game - easy and fast - but when that finished there was no screen or option to pay for it. So obviously I couldn't start the game.

I wrote to Telltale Games asking for help, but no answer yet. There was an acknowledgement reply that said they were busy - so I'm waiting

Has anyone else had the same experience

I preordered it so when I downloaded it knew. I think you have to pay first or the episode gets unlocked in February if you didn't pay.
