In chapter 11, all three of the walkthroughs say I have to get a pizza box out of the trash can, but I can only look at it and April will say "It's a garbage bin". I have gone in the clothing store, gone into the room labeled "tubes" and even talked to Jerry and the policeman outside his building. Is there something else I still have to do before she looks in the trash can, or is there something wrong with my game? There was a problem earlier when the game didn't recognise that I had put the rope on the clamp with the rubber duck around it, towards the beginning, and I had to load an earlier game. But I don't have any other saves! If there really is a problem, could someone please send me a save with the pizza box in inventory? I am not playing on a 1999 version. I'm using the disk that came in the Dreamfall: The Longest Journey Game of the Year Edition, if that's relevant. Since I'm on Windows 7 I don't think I can play older games. Also, if I'm getting a save, I don't know what to do with it because I've never gotten one before...do I just put it in a directory? I'd need help with that...so thanks.

Hi Phoenix,

Go and see Burns Flipper and give him the star map. You'll have some dialogue with him, then when you return to the mall you should see the cut scene with the pizza box.
