I hope someone here has played the game through. I'm at the landsmeet now and even though the landsmeet is voting 5 for me, and 2 for Loghain, the result keeps coming up in his favour. I don't quite understand why. I have 5 people voting for me and the scene still ends with Arl Eamon saying: "This bodes ill." and the fight erupting.
I snuck a peek at the walkthrough and it says I'm supposed to be able to solve this peacefully provided enough people pick my side. I'm picking the right conversation options too, making sure I don't accuse him of anything I can't back up (so I bring up the slavers but not the treason and the poisoning.)
Do I need to get all 7 nobles on my side, and if yes how can I do this?

Did you talk to a certain lady before the Landsmeet? You'll need to to find ring in a locked chest to do this? Anyway, try to look at this walkthrough:
I think if you mean who I think you mean, I did talk to her but refused to ally with her However, now that I've tried it again, that second link explains it all. It all came down to the conversation options at the landsmeet.
