Here's a more detailed step by step:
-- Save the file I sent you to your desktop (do not try to open it).
-- Open up the Water's Edge subfolder in your Documents, where you'll see all your other current saves for the game.
-- Minimise this subfolder to your bottom bar so that you can still gain easy access to it.
-- Drag and drop the file from your desktop into the folder with your saves.
-- Now you should see the save file listed with all your others for Water's Edge. If you can't see it -- repeat the steps above.
-- Exit out of all folders.
-- Start up the game as usual and load the new save from the in-game load screen. You'll need to scroll all the way back to the beginning of your saves to find the new one, as they appear in date order.
