Yes, there's likely something that still needs to be done in your game before George will call you with the info. Check the tasklist to see what's still unchecked; visit everyone you can think of and speak with them again to see if they say anything new. If that doesn't crack it, check back closely against the walkthrough prior to the call from George.

Edit: The e-mail was returned to me with a "mailbox over quota" message. Sending the saves individually didn't work either. Do you have an alternative e-mail addy?
