A friend of mine over at MM bought a download game from Pogo on 14th December and played it for a while, then she got this message "Your trial period is over and your temporary key has expired. Contact the author of the program if you believe this message has been sent in error".

She has contacted them on numerous occasions, even sending them a copy of her Bank statement with the $19.95 charge on it, but they just keep sending her automated replies saying she must purchase this game before she can play it again!!

I personally have never dealt with Pogo, but just wondered if anyone here has any experiences with them, good or bad.

I don't like their additional garbage and tracking devices so I stay away from them but I know nothing about their customer service. I hope she gets some satisfaction.
