I am stuck and confused. I really hope someone can help............
I have decoded the letters and know that I am to go find the mirrors, but after I decoded the letters I was not taken anywhere else. I am still standing next to the sarcophagus.

Thanks in advance for the help
Sassy

I haven't played this game nor can I find a walkthrough. I did find a forum here where some folks were discussing the game. I don't know if this will help at all, but hopefully someone will also come along who has actually played this game.

You could also check the Big Fish forum for this game and see if your question(s) about this game has possibly been asked and answered there. smile

Thanks Marian. I read through the forum and looks like everyone is having the same trouble and there is really not an answer given. I am sure it is obvious and I am just missing it. I did everything they mentioned and yet I have not been taken anywhere nor can I leave the room.

Rosaboobie...It is a fun game and not short like most are. There is more than just finding items.
Hope you enjoy.

Sassy

Yes, I was enjoying it very much and then the demo finished - But not sure I want to buy it if everyone is having trouble with it.

Is this an old game? I have never come across a game without a walkthrough before.

It would appear that the game was released on Big Fish on January 9, 2010, so it isn't that old. I have come across HOGs without walkthroughs before; there are just so many of them that it's impossible to cover them all. wave

Its not a pure HOG, Marian - I would describe it as an IHOG - but yes, you are right - so many games being released that the "walkthroughers" cant keep up. smirk

You are right, Rozanne; it's an IHOG. smile

I see you found the release date of this game, Marian. I am always looking for the release date of older games when I demo them, so that I can read the reviews on here, but I have great difficulty in finding these dates.

Please dont tell me to do a search for the game here - that never works for me rolleyes I seem to get thousands of hits with no reference to the game I am looking for - I know its silly me doing something wrong......

What I gave you was the date that showed on the first Big Fish forum post for the game that a moderator had created when the game was released on Big Fish, so that may or may not have been the date that the game was actually officially released. I just used that as a gauge to get an idea of how old the game was. So, my method was far from scientific. grin wave

Here is the announcement on the day of release on BigFish: White House

The Hidden Mysteries come out in retail version months before they hit the portals though.

Ana - the information you gave me was just what I needed - I only am interested in when BFG releases a game, so I can look at GB and BFG reviews bravo

Just an update. I did miss something which now is very obvious. There is an arrow you have to use to move from one location to another. All through the game you were automatically taken from one room to the next. So I did not even think to look for an arrow. But after all the different conversions I found on the internet there are several who thought as I did. So Rosaboobie there is really no problem with the game if this one piece is figured out.

Thanks everyone
Sassy

Hello,

Got stuck playing Hidden Mystery: White House and every forum I read said the same thing. Stuck before finishing. Found the answer on another forum on the 3rd page!
After you've swept away the dust, deciphered the code, or vice a versa, sorry the night and day blurred together. Have you gone into the chamber and have you gone through the last of the lists? There's a box on the table in the room and she's talking talking to her Professor? Go to the journal where she took pictures, click on the 1st clue picture, (you're able to go through the rooms again), once in the room, a new list will automatically come up. Don't leave without the last clue! Got stuck on the 2nd clue, went room to room until a new list came up, then went back to where the Professor was at the moment and followed the clues from there.
Okay hope this helps. Happy hunting!
