I just abandoned Rhem2 after playing for week and coming close to the end. Almost quit when I got to the glass maze, but persevered long enough to get past that only to finally come to a door that was supposed to be unlocked and wasn't and I had no clue what I had failed to do. Some what like Alida in that respect, there was so much to do and not always an indication of success.

Do the folks who play Rhem feel Rhem3 is harder than Rhem2?

Thanks~

Hi Sarahandus!
No, I don't think at all that Rhem 3 was harder than the second.
To me the harder (and most enjoyable) Rhem was Rhem 2; maybe because it was my first Rhem game and I was not yet attuned to the logic behind its puzzles.
Anyway Rhem 3 was much easier to complete, and Rhem 4 even more...

Thanks ostrich,
I played the first Rhem years ago and loved it but this one just seemed like work most of the time. It doesn't help that math isn't my long suit.

Thanks~

Sara if you use the walkthru you might find Rhem 2 fun as well.

Sarahandus and Kaki's Sister,
I went looking through my e-mails because I remembered of someone writing to me for the same problem that Sarahandus encountered, and I found it.
Too bad I wasn't able to help, because I played the game as soon as it was released, many years ago, and don't remember anything.
According to the mail it had to do with some magenta and yellow cables in the room with pictures of ships... looks like there was some sort of double solution in connecting those cables, one gave results and the second didn't; maybe something that the developer wasn't aware of...
If it's so it doesn't depend on Sarahandus relationship with math ;-)

Maybe Sarahandus could check with a w/t if the connections she has done are the same suggested in the w/t...

Gerry,
I was using the walkthrough a lot of the time, maybe most of the time wink

ostrich,
I've already uninstalled the game.
But if anyone is interested there are 54 saves on savegameserver. Unfortunately I found that after I had uninstalled Rhem2.

Thanks~

I thought RHEM 3 was harder (except for the glass maze in RHEM 2 which was REALLY hard). But the puzzles are different types in the two games, so you may find RHEM 3 to be easier.

What I remember about RHEM 3 was all those long ladders that you'd need to climb to higher levels, but would block you from passing through entrances. I thought it was easier to find my way around in RHEM 2.

Still remember what great time it was insane

Sara you could always reinstall the game and use those "saved" games to get passed the difficult parts. I always find I enjoy a game a lot more the 2nd time around!

Yes Gerry, it seems you always see things that were ignored the first time around while trying to solve the problems. But for now I just want something easy, really easy.

Thanks~

I am playing Rhem 1 on Win 7. I just started it last night. When I went to save the game it took me to Documents and was lost as to how to save it. Anyone help?

Bets
