Again the file is way too large for me to download so I have purchased the back up disk without trying the demo. I hope that it's a good one!

Didn't rebooting help that problem before? Or was that when the game had gotten to the activation stage? wave

That sure is a big game over 500 KB. Took me about ten minutes to download. Looks like a
good game. Random clicking and hints reload pretty fast. Played 15 min. and bought it.

Just bought it too. Filled my card for the month also. So far pretty good game. Who is the developer, the game play seems familiar.

I'm sorry, Rosaboobie. frown

The developer is ERS Studios, who also did Dark Tales: Edgar Allan Poe's The Black Cat, Haunted Halls: Green Hills Sanitarium, Haunted Legends: The Queen of Spades, and several others. wave

I wish they would stop with collectors editions or release them second not first or at same time as standard version.

I dont think they can do that, Guybrush - I personally have never bought a CE but I do understand why they do this. If its a really really good game, then in my opinion they deserve the extra money we have to pay for a CE. These excellent games for sure cost a whole lot more to create than, say, a straight HOG, so in my opinion they deserve to make some profit from their efforts before the price is dropped to $6.99.

I also found it frustrating to have to wait about 5 weeks for 13th Skull to be released, but its our choice whether to buy the CE or wait for the regular edition..... but thats just my opinion wink

I have to buy the CE when they come out and I don't mind paying the $13.99 price, after all they we're dropped down from $19.99.And they are alway's good games in my opinion wave

I may not have gone where I intended to go,but I think I have ended up where I need to be.

Yes, that was a big drop from $19.99 to $13.99 AND you get 3 punch cards for every CE - which means if you buy just 2 CEs, you get a regular game for free - How good is that bravo

Rosaboobie makes a good point. You could also think of it like this: Fill that punch card for the freebie, and it means you got the collector's for the regular price instead of double. Anyway, I'm happy to pay the price. These developers have learned that gamers appreciate the extra quality.

Am anxious to play this one. I have had a recent string of trying demos, being disappointed, and deleting without buying.

Ok, I am playing the demo this evening - half way through and it seems like a great game. Just waiting for someone to post who has finished it to find out if its a long game, and to know whether the bonus part of the CE is worth the money. I could be tempted to buy my first CE ever...... Just dont tell my Bank Manager smirk

Aaaarrggghhh - there is no walkthrough yet eek
