If you look at the map, it has very small functions that allow you to disable parts of the map (or at least, that's how I remember it). So if a light is too close to a door, for instance, if you disable all the lights icons, it should make it easier to click exaclty on the door icon.

Wow, Awesome. I managed it! Yey! Never knew i could turn of the "main" lights on the map.

lol I have yet to hear of anyone who made it all the way through without consulting a walkthrough, getting a saved game or cheating a bit in the bathysphere.

This is certainly the most challenging game that I ever played. I certainly would not have finished the game without the Boomer walkthrough.
