Good evening folks!
I am at Vladimir's house and got the key out of the fish tank and opened the book casket to obtain Vladimir's address book and note about the diadem...problem is that it will not show me Oleg Kambursky's address. Nina says in short:"
Oh, dad's address book but it will not help me just now etc. the note worked fine. Did I miss something?
I went back to the museum and talked again with the girl, got her tire fixed and the camera and that's where she gave me the magnet to retrieve the key out of the fish tank!
But the address book stays closed...Thanks for the help!

I'll move you to Hints.
This doesn't sound like a glitch so much as a hints problem.

Did you read the address book? If you did she will comment that Oleg Kambursky lived nearby.

Be sure to left and right click the book or any items. Keep us posted.

yes...the address book and the note are in inventory. I left and right clicked them. Nina says in effect: my father's address book, lots of entries, but I can't find anything that will help me right now". She is NOT commenting on Oleg's address!!
i.o.w....i cannot see the address I need, (Oleg's house)riding the motor cycle gets me back to the museum.
I believe that unless I can get that address book to open and read Oleg's address,or hear Nina talk about Oleg's address,I am stuck..am I not? Thanks!

I think the trigger for this is in the computer.

Check the mails. There is one sent by Vladimir to Oleg. He writes about Tunguska and a possible cause of his wife's death.

If you read that you'd want to find the address.

Best to check everything in the computer.

Thanks Mag...I got past that hurdle. I am now at the colored light beam and that plan on the wall. Talked to Max at length, but cannot find the relief disk at center of wall...which wall?
also I need that coin...thanks for steering me in the right direction!

Hi Hank,

After setting the coloured beam so that it hits the escape plan, did you then examine the plan closely once more? When you then spoke with Max did he mention the exhibits in his office?

If you're still standing in Max's office, the round relief disk is on one of the shelves on the opposite wall (as you look at the screen). It may be the only item you can interact with on that side.

I have progressed quite a bit, but now I am in the hospital freeing Nina.I have made the poisoned blowgun...here is the problem: I am supposed to use the blowgun on the peephole of the door?! I can't find that peephole and I have no access to the doors where the guard is watching TV.
Thanks for the help!

You need to distract the guard away from the TV first. Have you fiddled with the satellite dish yet? The guard should be out of sight in a smaller room when you use the blowgun.

Yes I fiddled with the TV dish twice, I used the forceps to jam it or something, the guard got mad and left the room again. I can see his snowy TV, guard is gone...but where is the door with the peephole?? Thanks!
Oh..wait a minute...do I have to find the guard in a smaller room and then use the gun?
I went back to the dish, clicking on it it shows:guard"..he is trying to fix it..so I go back to the hall and try to pick up the wedge to lock the guard out and I believe that is the problem...Max cannot get the wedge from under that door!! he talks about being seen by the guard etc. but the guard is gone trying to fix his dish..how can I get Max to get the wedge from uder the door??

Did you use the surgery pliers on satellite to make it unfixable by the guard?

You can remove the wedge only if the satellite is really disabled and will keep the guard in that room fro a while. Now that you said you did that - then the wedge can be taken.

I think it is positional.
Go back to the foyer of the hospital.
Then take the wedge from a different angle

I noticed that when I use the s/pliers to mess up the dish, the pliers don't leave inventory!!
Max says that the guard isn't supposed to watch TV anyway. when he leaves the dish keeps moving up and down etc. and when I put my cursor over it..the word guard appears.
so he is in that room trying to fix his disk.meanwhile Max goes back to get the wedge, but it is so small there are only 2 positions to get it and they don't work!!He keeps on talking how to get rid of that guard.Could this be a glitch and I am stuck for good??

I don't think it's a glitch. Just not finding the correct trigger.

Did you click on the peephole to check the guard first or click the door?

Check this video walkthrough. Around 8:10. Best to watchearlier to see if you missed something. luck
