Hi. Brand new, out of the box and it won't install properly. When I go to launch the game I get the following message: The program can't start becasue d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with same error. I have a DELL Inspiron 1545, Window 7, Radeon 4330.

Can anyone help?

That is strange... usually the game checks and loads any DX you don't have... do you have the option to run Direct x when you load the game. It usually will ask you. If not look at this link it should help.

Even if you already have DirectX 9.0c (or later) on your computer, it may not have all the DirectX dll files that are necessary for a particular game -- especially for a newer game. If the game didn't come with a DirectX installer, download the latest version of DirectX 9.0c from Microsoft.

I installed the DX9 that came with the game outside of the game installer and the install worked and now the game runs. Thanks for your quick response.
