Just got back from Amazon and reviews for this game are not good at all. Too bad it looked like a fine shooter. Research it befor buying.

I had really high hope for this game. Been watching the progress on it .

I'll probably still get it when it comes down

in price.

Kinda reminds me of the old Freedom Fighters game.

Great concept.

Sometimes I like em better than the reviewers anyway.

Thanks for the post Yankee.

Thanks Yankee wave

Dunn, let us know your thoughts if/when you buy it (or rent it possibly?). I know sometimes what is awful to one person is tons of fun to another. puppy

I'll do what Dunn will. Do you think sometimes some people have a vendetta towards certain game producers and post alot of bad publicity. I remember reading a negative post about Resistance 2 - of all things!
Dipped into Borderlands - it's OK - maybe will improve - hope so as there's 30$

Yankee, it's always good to hear our members' opinions. Expectations differ and what makes a game unacceptable to me may make it just right for someone else. I do think that some folks just like to criticize though, and the internet makes it easy for them to get their opinions known.

Single Player Campaign is supposed to be very short, this doesn't help.

Crysis 2 is coming very soon, lets hope it is better.

Borderlands is pretty good - a nice respit from intense shooters all the time. I can't get used to the shooting though although this will probably improve (hope).
I must get through a bunch of games befor Skyrim because if it's anything like Oblivion that's all I'll be playing probably the rest of my life.

Some of the posts I have been reading on steam, with regarding HF game is this:

Some of the people playing on MP mode,

And I say some, not all, makes the whole multi- player thing something that I don't want to participate in.

I have'nt went down that road yet.

I have watched my Son play Black Ops in MP

mode. He loves it . Looks boring to me.

That said, action games are ever increasingly becoming geared towards multi- player.

Ie: very short, and not a good story line to go along with the first person mode.

Just my thoughts, take it for what it is.

Dunn wave

Just my thoughts on the i

PS: I'll still probably play it though, as I said in my other post

Oh Dunn that's a shame - I also prefer single player. Subscription fees aren't too popular here either. Killzone 3 and Vanquish are short.
