playing again and stuck in day 2.
in malcolm office I can't get the mp player to work. shows headphones not on?
followed WT and still can't get it to work.
got the organ script, did grave tracing, got leaflet from wall.

what am i missing?

You're not missing anything. The MP3 player will never play -- all you need to do with it is scroll through the tracks and make note of the details of a particular song.

guess it must have worked, I did get into shed and got everything except the thing over the door, whatever it is, can't pick that up.

I have 2 of the 4 items I need now and will keep on, see what I can do.

Great. You'll find that you won't be able to collect items until you actually have a need for them, so just keep track of where things are so you can return at a later stage. Hope you're enjoying the game so far.

Back to playing this game again. I am in Chapter 5 in the cemetery. I got the 4 MP3 player copyied sounds that I need
Also have 3 objects, except the wand.
My problem is, in looking for the gravestones I should see, only one i can't find is the one supposed to be left from the unknown grave, then forward twice, turn right and see a shadowed tombstone close to wall. According to the WT.

I know I had trouble doing this years ago when I first played it, same thing now. And I can't remember that far back !!

Any help for me? See other good old games being played again, so hope someone can help me

If you're unable to reach that shadowed stone then I believe that means you've not yet completely read the diary in the desk and/or the scroll in the safe. See if that does the trick.
