There was an offer on Steam to download Jolly Rover for $9.00, so I did. Money well spent. It's kind of a silly but tremedously fun carton syle graphic adventure. Not quite up to the Monkey Island series, but, so far very enjoyable. I suffer from chronic/recurring depression and sometimes a lighthearted adventure like this is very helpful. I'm about half to three fourths done with Gray Matter, but the heavy theme was getting to be too much and I wanted a break. Jolly Rover, for me, seems to be the answer. Anyone else played it?

I played it a while back and loved it. In order to get the complete experience you have to play it twice, in order to get all of the achievements.

Good to know that Jolly Rover is fun to play, I will add this to my list of future games to buy.

Also, if you haven't played Ghost Pirates of Vooju Island yet, you will love this game since it is a cartoony style game and very funny and on Sale right now at GamersGate for $9.99

Hi golly_woggle, I've got the disc version waiting in the wings. I'm sorry that you have problems with depression but it's good to know that some games can help. smile

Hey Chrissey, you're gonna love it. It's a very light, fun game and I'm a sucker for personification of animals. I appreciate your emathy. I just keep reminding myself it will pass and eventually it always does.

I've got both of those games. Need to finish Simon the Sorcerer 5 and then play Gray Matter first though.

Currently Playing:
Adventure Game: Broken Age
Darkside: Star Wars: The Old Republic
