If you have complaints about BigFish and would like to offer them some suggestions, please email them or post on their forum. This is not the place to get a message across to them. Ana

This was not a complaint. I will withdraw my comment about Federal or State workers. This was out of frustration of current political events and did not have to be vented on this casual game site. So let me change my comment. It is hard for me to accept that a developer or BFG would have a problem with accepting two game credits for CE's to a purchase of 13.99 They should have employees that could do this within a very short time with software changes.

I tried to find an answer on the BFG site, but couldn't. Does the monthly Game Club membership Credit carry over to the next month if it's not used? (I wouldn't know from personal experience since I've never gone a month without buying at least one game.) If not, I can see that BFG would have to overhaul it's payment structure in order to allow for the accumulation of Game Club Credits in order to purchase CE's. I would imagine that the option to cancel and reinstate membership at will would complicate matters further. Given the excellent track record of the BFG site, I suspect that if this were easy to do and worth the time and talent, they would have made such a change. If not, it's a business decision that only the geeks at BFG are qualified to make. (And I use the term "geeks" with the utmost respect. ) BTW, BFG has an A+ rating with the BBB. I think that says something about the way they do business.

Does the monthly Game Club membership Credit carry over to the next month if it's not used? Yes, it does. And, if I remember correctly, Game Club credits never expire while you are a member, but do expire 180 days after you cancel your membership.

Sparkle, If you go to this link: http://forums.bigfishgames.com/posts/list/153074.pageon Big Fish you can see the entire descussion on this subject. As to the "benefit"; some of us older folks are on a fixed income where we only get paid once a month. So what we usually do is buy a couple of extra credits that we can then use during the month when a game that we like becomes available. This works great for us for all of the "Standard Editions" of games but not so good for the "Collector Editions", unless they just happen to fall right around the third Wednesday of each month (when we get our SS check). More than anything, it would be a big help (and make the choice of buying a CE much easier) if we could use our credits, because of the way we manage our entertainment budget. Just one "old man's" opinion.

One of the Mod's at Big Fish posted this, so it looks like in time you will be able to use your credits to buy CE's;
"Re:PURCHASING CEs WITH OUR CREDITS - AGAIN [Post New]by bfgArnoStyx on Apr 6, 11 1:55 PM Hey folks,
I just wanted to swim by and let you know that the ability to use credits for Collector's Editions is in the works. We definitely haven't forgotten and are working hard to bring this feature to you. We know that you're looking forward to this and although we cannot give an actual date (as with most upcoming changes and features), I wanted to assure you that this feature is in progress. Thank you. -bfgArnoStyx

The regular credits that you pay for every month don't expire as long as you remain a member.
