I'm can't get thug out of the room. I took a picture of the handbag on the couch and saw a piece of paper with numbers. When I dial the number I get a busy signal. How do I get the thug out of the room?

The paper with numbers on it: The numbers are inverted and are randomly generated.
Write the numbers down in a scratch paper.
Then turn your paper so that the top of the number is now the bottom.
Dial the number that you see.
Note that if you pull back, a new number is generated by the puzzle - so do this when in close up of the puzzle.

I'm in the library reading room and am trying to figure out how to use the reader. I can't get the microfilm out of the box. Any suggestions?

You need to pick up the boxed microfilm first and click it over the reel in your inventory. You'll then have a fully wound reel. Clicking the other way about (reel on the box) won't work.

Then place that combined item on the bench.
You don't want the money to fly away.

Found the metal thingy and I now find Nikki at the pyramids. Any hints on getting the snake off the airplane battery?
