Is anyone else getting problems vising The Adventure Company website?

The above link doesn't work. I can get to the TAC Website using TAC Website Link 2 but if i go to PC games for example the same problem as the first link occurs.


Does anyone have any news on this? Are they closed? Thank you for any information.

I know, that is the second link i have added, go to pc games for example. It redirects you to http://www.adventurecompanygames.com/pc.php which does not exist.

JoWood owns TAC and they filed for reorganization. It is difficult to know where it wlll end up.

This might be a silly question but...if the website closes down, what happens if you need one of their patches?

You might be able to find the patch on a third party site like FilePlanet.

This is very sad news. For a time, TAC was the Sierra and LucasArts of its days. Somehow, the economics of our genre just could not support the publisher. I remembered well the days when every single adventure games I purchased was published by TAC or DreamCatcher.

It just worked for me. Don't know how long it'll last, their web pages have been off and on for a long time.

Looks like some of the patches are dead-ends. I did download the 2 Agatha Christie patches though.
