Where can I find out how many punches I have on my monthly card (besides looking at my purchase list and figuring out which I bought this month)? Is it on their site somewhere?

Whenever I buy a game, I get an email the next day showing the new punch(es), along with all the other punches I have so far for the month. It also tells you how many punch card credits you have earned so far for the month, if any.

Is the "monthly" punch card based on a calendar month: from day 1 of a month to the last day of that month?
Or does it have anything to do with the day I joined?

It goes by the calendar month.

I wish they kept track of your punches online under "my account". I get so many e-mails.
