An interesting game. I like the twist in the Hid Obj scenes.

P.S. Ever notice how many of these games start out with a car driving down the road? Just an observation.

This looks to be another good one........dark and mysterious...love it. I'm dld trial now.

I love the added interactions in the HO scenes. This is great and nice surprise.
Hmmm notice how many towns seem to disappear too.

I really like the game but there a lot of HOs. You can random click which is good. hints recharge pretty fast also.

stuck on the puzzle with the colored tiles
door across from the fountain train station area
have no skip option either

It's random each time so there is no quick fix for you. The completed picture is in the strategy guide and other than moving squares around using the horizontal and vertical till the puzzle is complete there are no moves to tell you to do to complete.

Do you have the key for the door? Maybe if you don't have the key yet, the puzzle wasn't meant to be triggered yet?

Game doesn't run slow on my vista 32 Nivida 8800 Geoforce. I love the game,voices, graphics are gorgeous,storyline, spooky atmosphere. I LOVE the ghosts talking to me. Got the real Boo factor going for it as I call it.

I usually hate HOGS so burned out by them. However this game is an exception, the HOGS are really interesting. Find tools in HOG screen like scissors, knife, tape,glue, etc and use it to rip tear, mend,etc so you can get the Hidden object. Each HOG screen is so big and beautiful. I am stuck though.

Now for my problem in a hidden object screen I cut the vines to get into the Train station house. Guide says Chapt2 cemetery and statue park. Inside the train station house is a hidden object screen. For those who have been here it is the screen with the tape for glasses. I found that. What I cannot find is the last object even with the Guide and that is the nut cracker. I know where the nut is but I have no tool left but the ladder and a photo plate.

Where is the nut cracker? In the Guide what color is the circle around it? Is this a glitch Oh I Hope not because there is nothing else i know to do.

I hope everyone gets to play this I believe this should be game of the year

The Nutcracker is actually like the one from the Ballet {you see them @ Christmas time}..
You just have to add/pull the Lever & the nut pops out.

That looks like it Kat. You got it from the hidden room that was behind the poster?

Sherryah, the colors in the HOG scenes are coordinated if they go together. THe cyan color is the nutcracker and it's arm.

Thanks friends but where is the lever? Remind me where the hidden room is? I haven't seen anything behind a poster. I do see the red nutcracker right? but nothing to use for a lever. SG not helping me on this one. I lightened the screen also.

Oh Ana, don't laugh but what color is Cyan?

Cyan is a shade of blue. We will need to wait for someone else to answer your other questions.

The "LEVER" is the arm of the nutcracker. Sorry, the guide doesn't help, I wrote it. The terminology is the same as that used in the game. THe color that circles the red nutcracker is the same color on the arm (lever). It is color coded.

Ana your the person to ask then, Please tell me exactly how to find the arm of the nutcracker.I got the arm it seems perhaps I fixed the arm and don't know it?

I have one more thing to get I need the nut.Where do I find the nut? Spoilers please. Thanks for your help

I got the nut it was right in front of my eyes. I just had to crank up the brightness of screen. No help needed Thank You

Ana, I have opened/closed the game thinking it was just a glitch,
but I still do not have any Skip Bar for the
Colored Tile Puzzle Ch. 5 Doctor's Door
adjacent to the fountain/train station.

YOu will have to contact BF tech support for that, I don't know what to tell you other than there should be a skip.

I posted in the BFG Forum, and not the only one w/missing Skip Bar here.

katbear I couldn't solve the puzzle so I skipped it. That was the last puzzle I did just now exited. Sorry about missing skip really wierd because I just waited and the skip appeared. I couldn't solve it before because I had to find the piece of puzzle. I am sure you found it so other then that I hope someone gives you the answer and others having same problem.

I don't know how people are complaining its a short game, I Skip puzzles and I have been at least 5 hours or more thus far.
