This is an older game for the ps2 that is a horror survivor game but there's a catch...you can only run away/hide or kick/throw at the opponent. Also, the opponent is relentless and you must often hide to get rid of him or her...only for a short time. There are NO weapons. Pair that with creepy music and it's certainly capable of giving you the chills!
I got it off of amazon because it's rare to find. If you find it though, try it out. It's by Capcom, by the way.
haunting ground

**I forgot to mention that there is a white dog(german sheperd?) named Hewie that you befriend and he's your only companion in the castle (which is huge)!

I am horrible at hiding and stealth but I could have fun running and kicking. lol

Sounds like a fun game!

Wow, that was quite a video - I may have to look into getting this one.

Gardens put to bed. Time for more reading and gaming.

Ooh, memories. I think this is the only game I have quited due to fear. Just could not stand that constant feeling of fright, of being discovered.

Caroline.

I haven't lost it, I just can't find it....

The trailer feels very much like Amnesia, The Dark Descent.
