Hi MaG

The battery and the membrane are the only things found and I had already installed them. The membrane being the only thing that was given to me in trade for the blue lens.

You took the blue lens off the drill. So it needs another lens.
Replace that blue lens with a better color. Red maybe.

Thanks MaG. I will look for this. I have been clicking, talking and combining everything for 3 days and haven't seen that unless it is a small pixel.

Use the space bar to see each active spots in the screen.

Hint: Where did you see something that might be made into a lens?
It should be colored and transparent.
I mentioned red already. <g>

This is a great game. I'm on chapter 5 and it seems like a long one to. I've been trying to follow a German WT and translate it but it's hard to follow.

Who would have thought?
Click to reveal..
For one that a sign that big would have been made of glass and second that it could be used in a futuristic laser without damage. Thanks for the hint. wink

Got it MaG. Your WT is so much better than the one I've been following. Thanks again.

Can I just save somebody some time - in Fay's room on the rig there is no arrow into the bathroom. Just move the cursor over the wall as if you're moving in that direction and it shows a cutaway. I was trying to get in there for ages - story of my life!!

Can anybody PLEASE upload a save file from chapter 5. I was at the part where you take control of Bent again and you're in the room with duve. My save games got corrupted, and all i can find on the net are the german saves which seem to change the main menu to german and introduce some other strange bugs such as not being able to perform actions on items in the inventory.

I'm hoping someone can help as i really want to finish this game, but dont really want to start from the beginning.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. A save from the start of chapter 5 would be great.

Thanks

Hi CO55Y, welcome to GameBoomers. Sorry to hear about your save game problems. I haven't played this one -- but plenty of folk here have, so let's wait for help.

welcome CO55Y,

Tell me where the saves are located and I will see if I can find out close to where you need it.

I sent you what I have for Chapter 5. They are far apart.
One is at the very start of Chapter 5 and the other at the lab.
At least you won't start at the beginning of the game - just Chapter 5.

Checking the Discussions thread here, and the game's own website, there's a downloadable demo available, but it seems that the full game is available in retail box only in stores throughout the UK and Ireland, or online via Amazon, for example. smile
