Richard: that was actually a problem in the demo . It is fixed in the full version!

kjos: there will be an English isc version managed by Just A Game, but unfortunately, I don't have any dates for it.

I just tried to install the game, and in so doing, the installation stopped due to a corrupt file. I have an email in with Turmoil for support on this. A bit disappointing I would say!! FJT

We are sending you mail right now FJT! You'll receive an alternative link.

FJT, corrupt files are a common occurence in downloading anything from anywhere. Any little hiccup in the connection along the multiple servers it goes through to get to you can cause that. It rarely ever has anything to do with the game itself.

Hi Ana, Just got a £20 amazon gift voucher off my son and checked out Alpha Polaris on Amazon but they say its imported from Germany. Do you know if it would have a choice of country on it? I know some games have.

maggsie, I looked on the page on Amazon and can't tell. Hopefully someone that has played the game can tell us if they had the option to pick a language when playing. My guess from what I have read here is that you have the option of German or English.

I just checked on Amazon.com (US) to see if they had the game listed for sale, but the search of their site turned up empty - oh, well, they might get the game in after I get settled in school (which starts tomorrow).
