Hi, I downloaded the full version of the game , the self extracting installation box opened and seemed to complete but the game doesn't show on my desktop. Anything I try has me going back to the installation screen with the same results. I tried the demo and the same thing happened.
I have an Alienware M15X 64bit Intell Core i7 CPU M620@2.67 GHz , Intell Memory RAM 6,00 GB. I have windows 7 ultimate. I sent an email to the publishers but haven't heard back yet.Any ideas about what might be going on ? I'd appreciate any feedback.Thanks!

When you installed the game, did it install to your Program Files folder? If it did, uninstall it and reinstall it to your User Folders. Most games allow you to override the default location during the installation process.

Try creating a folder like My Games in your personal folders. Click your logonID, from the Start button and follow the instructions below to create a new folder.

Click Start, All Programs and look for the game, it’s rare, but not all programs place an icon on the desktop. Did you ever get to a point where the game asked you to enter your activation key?

Thanks, Inland AZ. It is downloaded to users/joyce/downloads and no , I was never prompted for an activation code.

Are you sure you've downloaded all the files for the game? Sometimes game downloads have more than one file.

I assume you mean Installed as opposed to Downloaded - make sure you have all of the files downloaded as Jenny uggested.

Thanks so much everyone. The Turmoil people have also been helping. I found the extracted files and was able to start the game. If it weren't for all your helpful and prompt replies there would be many a game left unplayed.You're awesome!
