Hi It's me again (though I would get through one game without needing help but....)

I just got a monster sighting and found it in security room. I am trying to go to glass shop but nancy keeps saying "that's not the fastest way to glass shop" (there is only r doors in foyer...??Please help

The fastest way is via the gift shop -- enter through there, then out through the arch next to the postcard stand. Go forward and then down the stairs to reach the glass shop.
