Hi,

I just bought the Last Half of Darkness-Society of the Serpent Moon game (on CD) from WRF Studios and can't get it to start because of runtime error 502. I saw that back in May 2011, some other people had this issue and WRF fixed it somehow, but the thread doesn't specify how.

Can someone assist me in resolving this? Thanks!

Have you tried at the original site HERE.
You can also try updating your C++ at Microsoft Windows Update.

You can also write to the developer himself, who is very responsive to problems and will sort things out for you.

Try this.
- Right click game icon and go into Properties then Options. Check "disable desktop themes" and "disable desktop composition"
- Check run as Admin.
