I have finally gotten around to playing Return to Mysterious Island 2 and am anjoying some fun puzzles and I love little Jeb. I am looking for the reeds to make a paintbrush. I see the reeds by the rock with the termites, but nothing I do will let me cut them. Do I have the correct reeds? What do I do? I am using Mag's WT. Help please?

I believe so. The reeds are in the water beside the termite hill.
Click to pick them up and see if you can get some.

Nothing happened. Do I need to finish a task before I can do this? The only thing I have done done is to be able to catchh the fish. I got all the termites and all the other small tasks. I do not get a wheel to indicate action. Thanks for your help.

Hi maverick,

Perhaps you already picked up the reed without realising it, and that's why the game isn't allowing you to pick another.

Double check all your inventory tabs, as well as your holding area if you currently have items in it, just to see.

Mina picks up anything and everything before she has any reason for needing it, so there shouldn't be any task you need to complete before this.
