What a game - it has everything - even the background music is super
For a certain player who didn't like Joe or Malikov, you will in 3.
It took a day befor I liked the graphics but now luv'em. They appear 3D
Bigger and better monsters but more difficult to kill
There are puzzles to solve-a few
The story is kind of weak but the ShootinG makes up for that - sniper and toe to toe
It has the weapons wheel so you're not limited to 2 weapons
Cons: The install time will stretch your patience but that's a one time thing
It's a difficult game and at times unforgiving. I started it on medium and soon after switched to easy. Next playthrough will try med.
Long reload times
For me it was worth 60$ but this is just my kind of game

The graphs at the beginning are not bad but not pleasant, in a way like Fallout 3.

I replayed that part and it triggered, I should check for the ammo anyway finished the Pub.

I was playing Deus Ex Human Revolution, I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought and can be played as a FPS if one wants to.

Wonderful, you got it. I couldn't do it without the extra ammo because I kept getting killed.
Never played the Deus Ex series. Spend too much time with Sev and Rico.

I never played the original Deus Ex that is actually a sequel of the new one, however too old for being enjoyable to me now after this prequel.

It is very good and no too short like many FPS that are finished before you know it. It has a story believable enough and good choices.

Playing stealth I think would be boring for me, I am not very patient waiting for enemies going away, it is OK for a couple of instances but not for the whole game. Between hiding and shooting I shoot.

When starting a new game one can keep the upgrades of the weapons, always useful if it is going to be played in a more difficult option. Also apparently one can keep also the cheats bought with credits

After finishing the game I think it is very good but lacks the "strength" of the first two. They tried to redeem Capelli's image but he doesn't have the appeal of Nathan Hale. Also IMO the ending is weak. Having said that I don't mean I didn't enjoy the game, I did and plan to replay it.

Mcc, it's great you can keep your upgrades and cheats. When you replay will it be on a more difficult level?

Yes looney4labs, I am starting Superhuman now, I don't think I can last but I "bought" infinite ammo as a cheat and that should help a lot, particularly if I can get to a level with several weapons. Playing with cheats doesn't allow to get the Brutal achievement but I never go for them, and I wouldn't be able to get it without that cheat anyway. As I understand keeping weapon upgrades doesn't stop the achievements.

You're good mcc - Superhuman - in fact. No way I'd even try it . I thought this game was kind of difficult, more so than Res 2. Maybe I should replay this series as I'm waiting around for Skyrim.

I only said I am starting Superhuman, this anybody can do , if I can finish it it is a completely different matter. Having no limit in ammo makes for a different game.

I have played some of it now, the infinite ammo gives a huge advantage in most parts than become not more difficult than the Normal level. This is not always so like the Brawler in the Friends in low Places . This fight took me several attempts and a lot of burned adrenaline but I got to the check point .

Oh gosh, I'm jealous.........and proud of you. Really though what an accomplishment. Be sure to finish on S'Human. I'm playing Ratchet and Clank Tools of Destrution on challange which isn't that difficult so far. The areal combat will give me fits though.

Do you have enough credits to buy infinite ammo? if so you may want to try playing Superhuman, if not to play difficult first to get enough credits, by now you must have weapon upgrades that you can keep.

I still don't know about being able to finish it but I am certainly having fun for now.

I'm taking your advice and will check on my credits. Usually I don't pay too much attention to game perks but in this case I've missed a good one.

Another prob - I downloaded Morrowind - big mistake because I've not touched shooters for 2 days now. More discipline please, Yank. Something about those Elder Scrolls games that are addictive for me.

I finished the Superhuman, to tell the truth only a couple of fights were more difficult because the advantage of infinite ammo could not be used. All the others were the same or easier than lower difficulties without the "cheat".

I realized I was a little too careful with ammo when it was limited. I am a pack rat even with ammo .

Now to Battlefield 3 when it arrives

This Morrowind thing is getting under my skin. I stay up till midnight and take a Resistance break and then to bed. I haven't done things like that for a long time. Maybe B'Field 3 will lure me away - I've preordered too. Remember the ending to the 1st one?
