Intro 7 - a large American lady  -8. Intro 8 - a Sinatra-type singer from the late 50s/early 60s -9. Intro 9-10. Intro 10 Enjoy, Rog

These particular tunes are not really my scene, but I think 1 is Getaway by Georgie Fame and 8 could be King of the Road by Roger Miller.
