I am looking for the Patch Schizm CD version, but I can't find it on internet. Is there still a patch somewere ?, because Schizm CD game is from 2001 .

What do you mean by "Only the first one works?"
Were you not able to download both patches?
Or do you mean the second patch listed didn't work?

I just tried downloading the patches and both of them downloaded, so if you're having trouble downloading either of them from the web archive I can upload them somewhere else.
