I dont know if I am in the right place to ask this question here goes. THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT,I want to make that clear its just something I dont understand. I downloaded a demo game from Big fish, played the first ten minutes and decided to buy it from a store.(I cant download because of the electricity which goes on and off at will). I purchased the game, and reloaded from the new disc. started the game and found to my surprise that all the work I had done on the demo somehow was in the new game. Is this a miracle (joke) or does the demo somehow become stored in the computor? I have both system mechanic and norton and they didnt say anything. Could somebody explain this to me (non geek talk please) would like to understand, soon I hope the electricity will caalm down but until then I have to buy, but I would like to demo first. Thanks

When you download a Big Fish game demo, the game saves your player profile elsewhere on your computer and not within the actual game folder itself, so if you deleted the game demo and then installed the game from a CD, it would still find the saved-game player profile that is on your computer. wave

Thanks for explanation, like all older users I am concerned about what is downloaded without my knowledge and wanted to know. I have noticed lately microsoft is downloading items I have no idea what they are or why me, ie I am getting stuff in spanish, and items are being added like eula and other items with strange names.(no idea what they are)I dont seem to be able to delete them, so I have to rely on my security systems. I know I dont have to worry about big fish and now you have confirmed it. thankyou.

You are most welcome. It certainly does pay to be careful about monitoring what ends up on our computers. wave
