I had a graphics freeze when surfing the internet and tried to close the page using the Windows Key, It didnt't work then I tried ctrl + alt + del that also didn't work. What can I use without having to do a hard shut down?

Without knowing the Web Site it's hard to say, it cound be Java, Flash or some other add-on.

Update Java ** Here ** and Flash Player ** Here **

See if the site will open after you've applied the updates.

I didn't need to update Java but I installed the latest Flash Player Adobe 11. I try the site again. Thanks.
