Jenny,
Just FYI - here is a portion of the email they sent. It seems the problem was a little more widely spread than it appeared at first and they apologized accepting responsibility for the problem (which they would probably do anyway because it's just good business [aka the customer is always right... even when they're not]). I'm not including the hyperlink they sent me because I think we must allow them to dictate who & when folks are directed there, but I thought some who may still be waiting should know there's a light at the end of the proverbial tunnel, that contacting them gets quick results (less than 24 hrs) & if they get the same error I had they needn't tear their hair out

trying 50 different ideas to resolve it before resorting to contacting support.
Dear Her Interactive Customers,
Digital River would like to apologize for the issues surrounding the downloading of Nancy Drew: Tomb of the Lost Queen. Please be assured that we are working as quickly as possible to address and fix all the issues related to the launch of Her Interactive’s latest title.
In order to get you the game as soon as possible, we have placed Nancy Drew: Tomb of the Lost Queen on a separate server so that your game is available to download now. If you were able to successfully download your game prior to this notice, please disregard this email. (Hyperlink to new server was here.) Please note: These download pages are temporary and will only be available until 12:00am (midnight) PST on Monday, May 7th. After this date, you can access your download by looking up your order here.(hyperlink to Her's invoice database was here) Again, please accept our apologies for any issues you may have experienced downloading Nancy Drew: Tomb of the Lost Queen. This is an unexpected error and we hope that this will not prevent you from purchasing from Her Interactive in the future.
Sincerely,
Customer Service
Digital RiverDownloading from here was quick & 100% successful the 1st time! Anyway thought this might prove interesting & a relief for any one who might be in the same shoes I was in yesterday... It also illuminates what a classy company HI & Digital River are to deal with (aren't you glad I didn't say "interact" with?

I am...sorry that was pretty lame.)
Well now that I've written a long novel where none was likely necessary

I'll sign off & go play my game.
Thanks much, ~pd
