If you were able to start the puzzle you have all the pieces. The pieces get stacked or overlap each other so you probably just aren't seeing it. Have you tried moving the pieces off the area to put them together so you can be sure they aren't on top of each other? Ana

I moved the whole puzzle and nothing is underneath.
