I really need help here. I have tried this by the walkthrough method and that doesn't work. Can anybody help me with other suggestions? Thanks.

Sue if you're meaning the new ND game, here's how I do it. In the left plate I put the left four mice, the rightmost four into the right place and check the levels. The heavier set goes back to the bottom, then I move half over to the empty plate, check again. The heavier half goes back south and I move one over to the empty plate and check again. Now the lightest one goes into the square door. Hope that helps

Thanks, NDLVR. I added the game title to the topic header.

Sue, what I do is, I choose the head (and make sure you have the right one as some do look similar) then click the inner circle, then the platform extends one spot over. The first time, though, it did take me five tries until I no longer died After I sent my message, I wasn't sure how absolutely clear my words may have came out, so I went one step farther for you. I made a small graph, using the images of this puzzle in MaG's walkthrough, and circled the middle button in red, which it works like any combination lock puzzle from past ND games http://i47.tinypic.com/1116ud0.jpg

Sue, The last dial should have the woman with a sun disk. One thing too - be sure that the head is centered on the body - it might not have clicked on. I will see if I can get a bigger screen of the heads and replace the dial heads in the wt. -
